Question. How Satisfied are Amerisource’s Clients? Answer. VERY!

Houston, TX — At Amerisource, our entire organization is built around our clients. We realize that we have to earn your business every day so to ensure this we seek to exceed your expectations at every stage.

Our client feedback is essential to us. We ask all our new clients to complete a satisfaction survey after 30 days of partnering with us and then again after 180 days. This allows us to identify any issues and quickly resolve them efficiently. Here is a summary of our results from the last 12 months surveys (June 2016 – June 2017):

  • 100% of our new clients strongly agreed that our carefully selected team of expert Market Managers, who are located throughout the USA, are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.
  • 100% of our new clients either “strongly agreed” or “agreed” that our exceptional team of Relationship Managers are trustworthy, dependable, professional and responsive. They also have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • After partnering with us, 100% of our clients said they would recommend Amerisource.
  • 71% of clients ”strongly agreed”, and 29% “agreed” that they were satisfied with the service that Amerisource offered and that we acted in their best interests.

Although we do not require long-term commitments, we do foster long-term relationships. Amerisource is dedicated to being an entrepreneurial partner who knows and anticipates your needs.
