Houston, TX –In mid-April 2017 one of our Regional Market Managers, Andy Allaire, was contacted by an outsourcing business process support firm. Established in 2007, the New York-based firm, provides B2B telemarketing, lead generation, call center support, cross-selling/ up-selling methodologies and marketing services to Fortune 500 companies.

The firm required financial assistance after a period of growth. However, due to balance sheet leverage, the company’s Banker realized that the level of working capital support needed was beyond what the bank could provide. The Banker was able to provide a viable solution by referring the firm to Amerisource. The owners had previously worked with other finance companies, and they quickly concluded that we would provide the best funding solution for their business. We were able to provide the firm with a $500,000.00 line of credit to help fund their growth. Thanks to the additional working capital the firm was also able to keep current with the banks’ term loan payments and reduce the need to regularly utilize their overdraft.
