Term Debt Facilities, one or more financing arrangements (including, without limitation, credit facilities, indentures and note purchase agreements) providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, letters of credit or other long-term indebtedness or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time, including, without limitation, any agreement extending the maturity thereof or increasing the amount of available borrowings thereunder pursuant to incremental facilities.

Term Debt Facilities are a type of loan made in a business or corporate finance that include a revolving credit, term loans, committed facilities, letters of credit and most retail credit accounts.
