Matthew Howe is Chief Credit Officer of Amerisource Business Capital and he is he based in the Lake Elmo, MN office. Matthew has been in commercial lending since 1998. During his 26-year career, he has held various positions in A/R finance, factoring, asset based lending, and commercial banking. Before joining Amerisource in April 2024, Matthew was the co-founder of Bell Business Credit, the asset based lending division of Bell Bank where he oversaw operations and credit. His credit and relationship management experience includes three years with UMB Capital Finance and nearly 18 years with Wells Fargo in both the Minneapolis and Denver markets. Past positions have included credit management (team and portfolio), relationship management, and collateral examination. Matthew has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Winona State University and an MBA from Augsburg University. Matthew and his wife, Heidi, reside in Lake Elmo, Minnesota a suburb of Minneapolis with their three children and dog. Matthew spends his free time coaching or watching his kid’s sports teams, long-distance running with his run club, fishing, and golfing.

Alicia Adelman graduated from the University of Montana with a BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon graduating, she was employed as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Best Western KwaTaqNuk Resort in Polson, Montana. Subsequently, Alicia decided to pursue a career in staffing because she found that her real passion was helping people, and what better way to help people than to help them land their dream job. Transitioning from staffing to Human Resources was a natural career shift. Since 2016, she has been the Human Resources Manager at Amerisource Business Capital.

Bill was a commercial banker for over 30 years with Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans and Capital One in Houston. He managed many industries in his banking career, including energy services, maritime, retail, gaming, and U.S. corporate. In 2018, Bill joined Amerisource and in 2021 co-founded the Amerisource Secured Income Fund, where he is a general partner. Amerisource has diversified into the private equity space and has recently established the Amerisource Opportunity Fund, which will support independent sponsor equity investors. Bill earned his B.S. and Masters in Finance from LSU and completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.

Joe Page serves the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Amerisource. He has over 20 years of Legal and management experience. Joe has served as a Director, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel to domestic and multi-national companies.
Joe is married with two children. In his spare time Joe enjoys travelling and charity work.

Kendra Wilson started her career in Commercial Lending over 22 years ago with Comdata Financial Services. In 2001 she joined Amerisource as their Credit Manager and later became Vice President. She is responsible for over 30 team members and a portfolio in excess of $120MM. Kendra graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Jason Floyd serves as one of the Managing Partners of Amerisource Funding, Inc. He founded Amerisource in 1984 with a $10,000 loan from his parents. Jason has gained extensive experience in all forms of Asset Based Lending and takes a special interest in assisting entrepreneurs and employees in the achievement of their goals.
Prior to founding Amerisource Funding in 1984, Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in 1982.

Michael Monk has been the Managing Partner of Amerisource Funding since 1998. He has over 25 years of experience including senior leadership roles covering virtually all aspects of the commercial finance field, including credit, underwriting, legal, compliance, operations management, portfolio risk management, development, origination, marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Amerisource, he had a career in commercial finance with Team Bank and Bank One (both predecessors to JPMorgan Chase), as well as Riviera Finance.
