Klent joined Amerisource Business Capital in 2025 as a member of the portfolio management team. He brings extensive experience in commercial construction and industrial operations, where he led teams across the Southern United States in project management and strategic restructuring roles. He holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. Klent also holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 22 licenses, as well as real estate sales licenses in Texas and Oklahoma. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, he leads Amerisource’s regional efforts and is active in the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisition Advisors, Turnaround Management Association, SFNet, Association for Corporate Growth, Risk Management Association, and the Texas Bankers Association.
